1. What OTOO is
OTOO is a media player. It plays playlists and provider services that you supply. OTOO does not provide, sell, or host any channels, media, or subscriptions, and is not responsible for the content you choose to play.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for having the legal right to access any content you play through OTOO and for complying with the terms of your own provider.
3. Purchases
OTOO can be used during a free trial period. After the trial you can unlock the player with the OTOO Lifetime Pass — a one-time purchase, not a subscription, with no recurring charges. It unlocks the player on your device; it does not include, and never provides, any channels or content.
When you buy inside the app, the purchase is processed by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under that store's terms, and refunds follow that store's policy. If you pay directly (bank transfer, coupon or reseller code), we issue the invoice and handle the payment ourselves.
Consumers in the European Union normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Lifetime Pass is digital content that is unlocked immediately, you agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the unlock has been delivered. Statutory rights for faulty digital content are not affected.
4. Availability
OTOO is provided "as is". We work to keep pairing and app services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
5. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change accordingly.
