OTOO does NOT provide, host, or sell any channels, movies, or streams. It only plays the M3U or Xtream playlist you add yourself — you are responsible for the content you play.

Delete my data

Remove your device’s playlists and personal details from our servers instantly. Invoices we’re legally required to keep are retained but unlinked from your device.

Delete server-side data

Enter your device MAC. If you locked the device with a PIN, enter it to confirm. Devices with an active paid plan are deleted via support.

Delete local data

In the OTOO app, open Settings → Delete local data to remove playlists, credentials and preferences from the device itself.

What we keep

OTOO stores very little: an anonymous device identifier and, if you purchased, the invoice/payment record required by law. Playlist credentials are encrypted and are removed when you delete above. For anything else, email [email protected].
