Media player only — no content included

OTOO does NOT provide, host, or sell any channels, movies, or streams. It only plays the M3U or Xtream playlist you add yourself — you are responsible for the content you play.

Get OTOO on all your devices

Install the OTOO player from your device’s store, or download it directly. OTOO is only a player — you add your own M3U or Xtream playlist.

Get it from your store

The official stores install in one tap and update the app automatically — this is the recommended way when your device has a store.

For devices without a store: TV boxes, sideloading on Fire TV, and the desktop apps. You install the file yourself — the Android guide below shows every step.

Installing an APK? Enable “Install unknown apps” for your browser or file manager when your device asks. OTOO never bundles content — it only plays the playlist you add.

Installing on Android — phone, TV or box

Phones and Google TV install straight from Google Play. TV boxes without Google Play use the direct APK — the guide walks you through both, step by step.

Installing on an Amazon Fire TV Stick

Fire TV needs a few extra steps: the app is installed with the free Downloader app by typing a short address with the remote. Not every Fire TV can do it — the newest sticks run Amazon’s Vega OS and cannot install apps this way.
