Activation
How do I activate my device?
Open OTOO on your device and press START to register it. Then go to the Activate page, enter the MAC shown on your device, choose a plan and pay. Activation applies within a minute.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new device gets a trial automatically when it first registers. When it ends, activate a plan to keep watching.
Devices
Which devices are supported?
OTOO runs on Android, Android TV, Apple, Smart TVs and the web. Use the same MAC/device id shown in the app when you activate or add a playlist.
Playlists
How do I add my playlist?
Open the My Playlist page, enter your device MAC and paste your M3U or Xtream details. Your credentials are encrypted and never shown again. Keep the management code you receive on the first add.
Do you provide channels?
No. OTOO is a media player only — we do not sell, host or provide any channels or content. You bring your own playlist from your provider.
Billing
Which payment methods can I use?
Card and wallet payments, plus bank transfer, depending on availability. Reseller and coupon codes are also supported at checkout.
