OTOO on Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) Smart TVs
Install the OTOO IPTV player straight from the TV app store on Samsung and LG — no sideloading, no extra box.
Most Samsung and LG TVs from 2018 on run OTOO natively. No stick, no sideloading: install it from the TV's own store, add your playlist once from your phone, and the whole family gets a proper TV interface with EPG and catch-up.
Samsung (Tizen)
- Press Home, open Apps and search for OTOO.
- Install and open. Note the MAC address on the welcome screen.
- On your phone open otoo.app/mylist, enter the MAC and add your M3U link or Xtream login.
Supported: Tizen 4.0 and newer (2018+ models). If the app is not yet listed in your country, it is still in Samsung's review queue for that region — check back in a few days.
LG (webOS)
- Press Home and open the LG Content Store.
- Search for OTOO, install, open.
- Add your playlist from otoo.app/mylist with the MAC shown on screen.
Supported: webOS 4.0 and newer (2018+).
Common questions
The channel list is empty. The playlist was saved but the TV hasn't refreshed yet — press Reload in Settings, or restart the app.
Streams stutter on a wired TV. Some providers throttle by connection count. Make sure no other device is using the same login at the same time.
Can I use one playlist on the TV and the phone? Yes — each device has its own MAC, and you add the same playlist to each. Your provider's connection limit still applies.
Lock the playlist: when adding it, tick Enable Device PIN. Nobody can change or remove the playlist from your TV without the PIN.
OTOO is a player only. It ships with no channels, movies or streams — you bring your own playlist from your provider.
